Thug; Complete

Here's another one. I wanted an alternative bird legged mech for testing the DTS exporter.

The thug is a robust mech, somewhat of an upgrade on the Warhammer, ditching the smaller weaponds and adding an additional SRM6. I had to alter the design very slightly to allow for a twisting torso. However this mech has already had a number of redesigns with the recent resculpt being a big divergence from the original sculpt.

Do I see hand actuators there? That's bit too much
You know what they say, don't you? About how us MechWarriors are the modern knights errant, how warfare has become civilized now that we have to abide by conventions and rules of war. Don't believe it.

And on the miniature. ^-^ They're even mentioned in the fluff, supposedly when designing a competitor for the warhammer, hand actuators were a "most requested" item among mechwarrior pilots. Apparently it makes the thug a good raider, an important quality during the succession wars, as it can carry off much needed supplies during a battle.

I would have thought an articulating head or a twisting torso would be more important from a mechwarriors point of view. Although, hand actuators are the only item which actually have an effect on game mechanics in CBT.

(I added a twisting torso, but of course I couldn't add a separate head). :)

D'oh! For some reason I had impression that Thug doesn't have Hand Actuators
