Revisit 18 - Infantry still

Well, I was finally able to fix the bug that would crash they system with vertical movement within a building. Ok, it's a hack, but it seems to be holding until someone with a bit more knowledge can actually fix it.

I have all the weapons in (although anti-mech isn't tested as there aren't Mechs :) ). Infantry have ballistic rifle, energy rifle, machine gun, SRM, LRM, and flamer. The foot, jump, and motorized infantry are in with Hana already providing me the models for motorized and wheeled mechanized (thanks Hana).

I'm in the middle of putting in the CoD and still need to do the target selection and the entire HUD system. There is also all the mechanized infantry types and I need to scale the movement speed between floors in a building based on MP.

I'm looking forward to being able to put out a bare-bones demo (no AI, no multi-player, no animations) when the infantry are done.
