Code: Select all
*Rifle, Ballistic (IAR)
CBT: Simple: 16 damage, 30 troopers (0.533 damage per trooper)
CBT: Advanced: Auto-Rifle, 0.52 damage per trooper
BTS: 5 points of damage per firing
   Fire Rate: 10 sec * 5 bts points / (0.52 damage per trooper * 10 points per damage) = 9.615 seconds / remaining troopers
   Range: 0 to 3 hexes, -2 to +4 modifier
Speed: 50 meters per second (100 m/s bts values)
   Lifetime: 3 hexes * 30 meters per hex * 1000 milliseconds per second / (50 meters per second * 2 bts scale) = 900 milliseconds
Rifle, Energy (ILR)
CBT: Simple: 8 damage, 30 soldiers (0.267 damage per trooper)
CBT: Advanced: Laser Rifle, 0.28 damage per trooper
BTS: 3 points of damage per firing
   Fire Rate: 10 sec * 3 bts points / (0.28 damage per trooper * 10 points per damage) = 10.714 seconds / remaining troopers
   Range: 0 to 6 hexes, -2 to +4 modifier
   Speed: instant
   Lifetime: 90 milliseconds
*Machine Gun (IMGL)
CBT: Simple: 17 damage, 30 soldiers (0.567 damage per trooper)
CBT: Advanced: Machine Gun (Light), 0.49 damage per trooper
BTS: 2 points of damage per firing
   Fire Rate: 10 sec * 2 bts points / (0.49 damage per trooper * 10 points per damage) = 4.082 seconds / remaining troopers
   Range: 0 to 3 hexes, -2 to +4 modifier
Speed: 50 meters per second (100 m/s bts values)
   Lifetime: 3 hexes * 30 meters per hex * 1000 milliseconds per second / (50 meters per second * 2 bts scale) = 900 milliseconds
Infantry: Additional 1D6 (10-60 points) damage
      Normal: 0.49 d/t * 30 t = 14.7 d
      Infantry: (14.7 d + 3.5 d) / 30 t = 0.606 d/t
      Ratio: (0.606 / 0.49) = 124% = +25% per point = 50% per 2 points
Result: 50% of time, bullet is 3 points to infantry
Reduce ground or jump by 1 MP, all but tracked.

*SRM (ISRML)
CBT: Simple: 15 damage, 30 soldiers (0.500 damage per trooper)
CBT: Advanced: SRM (Light), 0.54 damage per trooper
BTS: 10 points of damage per firing
   Fire Rate: 10 sec * 10 bts points / (0.54 damage per trooper * 10 points per damage) = 18.518 seconds / remaining troopers
   Range: 0 to 6 hexes, -1 to +4 modifier
Speed: 150 meters per second (300 m/s bts values)
   Lifetime: 6 hexes * 30 meters per hex * 1000 milliseconds per second / (150 meters per second * 2 bts scale) = 600 milliseconds
*LRM (ILRM)
CBT: Simple: 13 damage, 30 soldiers (0.433 damage per trooper)
CBT: Advanced: LRM Launcher (Corean FarShot), 0.49 damage per trooper
BTS: 10 points of damage per firing
   Fire Rate: 10 sec * 10 bts points / (0.49 damage per trooper * 10 points per damage) = 20.408 seconds / remaining troopers
   Range: 0 to 9 hexes, -1 to +4 modifier
Speed: 20 meters per second (40 m/s bts values) starting to 100 meters per second (200 m/s bts values) with 350 ms delay
   Lifetime: (9 hexes * 30 meters per hex * 1000 milliseconds per second / (100 meters per second * 2 bts scale)) + (350 delay milliseconds) = 1700 milliseconds
Flamer (IFMP)
CBT: Simple: 14 damage, 30 soldiers (0.467 damage per trooper)
CBT: Advanced: Flamer (Man-Portable), 0.45 damage per trooper
BTS: 4 points of damage per firing
   Fire Rate: 10 sec * 4 bts points / (0.45 damage per trooper * 10 points per damage) = 8.888 seconds / remaining troopers
   Range: 0 to 3 hexes, -1 to +4 modifier
   Speed: instant
   Lifetime: 360 milliseconds
Anti-Mech Attack (Leg):
   CBT: 4 damage to leg
   BTS: 40 points to leg
   Fire Rate: 10 seconds
   Range: Same hex (15 meters)
Speed: 30 meters per second (60 m/s bts values)
   Lifetime: 0.5 hexes * 30 meters per hex * 1000 milliseconds per second / (40 meters per second * 2 bts scale) = 188 milliseconds
   Conventional infantry only
Extra critical roll: 8 or more on 2d6

* signifies completed weapon
